First trip to the grocery store

Today, Harrison went on his first trip to the grocery store! It went pretty well, and he slept the entire time to spite a very bumpy shopping cart. I should have switched when I realized that it was so bumpy, oh well, he was fine. I think he got car sick in it though because as soon as he got home, he spit up all over the place which is NOT like him. Anyway, the only traumatic thing that happened occurred when we were picking our shopping cart. I was trying to figure out how to properly position the car seat in the shopping cart, and as I stood there trying to push the purse-holding part back up, this lady pushed her cart towards us and it hit Harrison and caused me to stumble! (Well, not really him but his car seat that I was holding.) As she hurried away, she turned back and yelled over her shoulder, "Sorry". How rude. I was expecting something at least to be mildly traumatic though, and I was very much on edge so I was glad to get the bad part over with early. But if that is the worst thing that happens during grocery store trips, we are very lucky!!!
