Exercise Queen!
One of the benefits of my profession is a little bit of flexibility in the summer. I have taken to walking each day with my neighbor, which is so nice. In addition to this, I have gotten a membership at a local fitness center to take the water aerobics classes. Now, I must say, that I am by far the youngest member of the class, but that is okay! It is a nice way to get some strength training (have you tried lifting barbells under water lately? It is quite a workout and I am getting some guns here!) but not too much aerobic exercise that I have found. But, it helps with the swelling I have been having in my feet, and it makes me have more energy, which is also another side benefit. Plus, I am pretty tired by the end of the day, which means I sleep better at night which has been another challenge these days. I definitely recommend it to all the other pregnant ladies out there!
