Last night, we went to my parent's house to help my mom celebrate her 60th birthday. Happy Birthday Mom!! We were supposed to bake a cake and take it, but, as I told her, some people will do ANYTHING (including make a trip to the hospital) to try to avoid making a cake. HAHA
After we got home, Jason and I ended up sitting on our bed, watching one of our favorite movies of all time, National Treasure. Jason fell asleep, and so when the movie was over, I woke him up. When he sat up, he had lots of wrinkles on his face from the imprint of the pillows. I asked him, "Where did you get all those wrinkles on your face?" He responded, "Georgie". I asked, "What is Georgie?" He said, "Where I got those wrinkles on my face." Clearly, he was talking in his sleep!!! I burst into laughter at that point, at which he started to hush me. After a few minutes of me rolling around on the bed laughing harder than I have laughed in a long time, Jason woke up and said, "What is so funny?" He had no recollection of the whole thing!!!!!
PS-Just in case you are wondering, me being positive for Strep B is not a big deal. 30% of people carry the virus, and it is not harmful to me in any way. But, since I am going to have a baby and the baby may not have it, I need to get antibiotics to prevent passing it on. After I posted last night, I started imagining everyone out there in cyberworld freaking out that I had some weird disease that I was gonna pass on to my kid. No biggie!! Just one more thing to have to deal with as we try to make this as exciting as possible :) .

Ok... I haven't been by here in a while because my blog hasn't been keeping up with your posts. Don't know if that is because yours is set to private or what. Thought that the baby in waiting had kept you too busy to blog since my blogroll said your last update was over a month ago. ANyway....
Glad to see that you made it through the day yesterday. As we drove to VA on Saturday morning, I told Zane that I felt like you would go to the hospital while we were out of town for this baby. Weird!!! If I get any more of those feelings, I'll let you know ASAP! I think that yesterday was God's way of allowing your type-A husband a dry run through on things so that he could rest easily knowing that things were in place. He knows what each of us needs, and I am sure that Jason is much happier now that he knows you can get to the hospital with bags packed and find where you need to be when the real thing does occur.
I hope that this week will be a good one for you. We are praying for all three of you and can't wait to meet your little one. SOOOOOO excited! If you have a chance, email me Gwyn and your Mom's email addresses so we can include them on the care calendar list for your meals once baby arrives. I want to have that set up in case he/she arrives in a day or so.
Sending you and your crazy "Georgie" sleep-talking husband lots of love! (BTW... one more piece of proof that they are truly twin brothers from different mothers... Zane does the same thing. Ask him about the time his "head broke down in Pittsburg!")
Love to you all!!!
HY-ster-i-cal!!! Wow, Jason will never live this one down. I think his "daddy" name should be Georgie - or maybe that'll be his granddad name (unless he pulls a D-von and does "oh honorable grandfather"). I had a dream last night that Robyn was pregnant (uh oh!) with a little boy (huh?) and gave birth in the end to twins... is this a sign for you (of what, I have no clue)?! By the way, as if you didn't already know, LOVE LOVE LOVE National Treasure! So excited that BG's already had a glimpse of that fantastic movie! :-)
